Problems at Checkout when placing order?

At Checkout some people have found that after applying their code, they have been directed to Paypal, and have been asked to pay the full amount of the order.

This is a known error, however as its only effecting 1 in 40 people, our internet bods, are not sure what is creating the error, but are looking into it.

But fear not, when you have attempted to place an order, it sits in our back office system as a Temporary Order.

We can find your order and mark it as Paid, which will then mean your order has been finalised;

Once marked as paid you will then get confirmation of your order, so please check the details are correct.
