Our Pickles
Pickled Onions were one of the first products I ever made!
back in 2000 when I became Head Chef at Madeley Court Hotel, we had a Cheese Trolley that was rolled out to diners tables in my Al a Carte Restaurant, and like most things on my menus those days, where possible, I liked to make them in house!
Also I loved Pickled Onions, and I dont think you can beat a proper pickled onion, before long I was infusing chilli's and pickling most things in my kitchen, to add something extra to the Cheese Trolley
Back then I never thought Id be making Pickled Onions at home and packing them off to all my lovely stockists and customers!
