Our Marmalades
I started making Marmalades by request, they were never something I ate often, but my wife loves a good marmalade and has been my chief Marmalade taster!!
The Marmalade community seems to like them too, as my "Seville Orange Marmalade" was awarded a Bronze in this years Marmalade awards, I think next year I will have to enter them all and see what happens!
Ive developed a number of recipes to cater to a mixed palate of Marmalade lovers, some sweet, some sour, some with no shred, some pack with shred, but all handcut and set naturally with only sugar, so perfectly spreadable!
