We have spiced up our chilli jam for those of you who like more of a burn!!!
Still packed with Red Chilli & Tomatoes infused with Lemon Grass & Ginger, still sweet but with extra burn, the combination of ingredients create a fantastic flavour explosion in your mouth, but the back of your tongue will feel the Burn!!

Use Hot Chilli Jam to Marinated Chicken or Prawns, put a spoon in your favourite wrap or simple serve with a good Mature Cheddar.
