The range began when Mike decided to hang up his hat as Executive Head Chef in 2008, and  began creating recipes, working from home in Woodseaves on the Shropshire/Staffordshire Border.

All products are made in small batches with the finest fresh ingredients, prepared by hand & preserved traditionally, simply using sugars & vinegars, creating natural products free from artificial ingredients or preservatives.

We feel this exposes your taste buds to the true flavour of fruits and vegetables, enhanced with carefully infused herbs & spices, to create delicious flavours, with products to suit everyone’s tastes.

Every product is jarred, labelled & packaged by hand, so not every label is perfect, but we feel this adds to the charm.
